Scanning, point clouds as the basis for modelling and analysis, setting up and running the project's common data environment, and coordinating and following up BIM deliveries. BIM coordination
We follow up the discipline models against the BIM execution plan: acceptance checks, clash detection, quantity take-off, issue tracking, and support for every BIM user in the project.
Client-side BIM representative
We help clients turn needs into requirements and run acceptance checks on deliveries, so that what was ordered is what is delivered.
Reality capture and GIS
3D laser scanning and surveying of buildings, processed into georeferenced models that serve as the basis for design, analysis and GIS.
Managing the common data environment
We set up and run the project's common data environment on the platform you prefer: one place for models, drawings and documents, with versions, access and metadata.
Model and data analysis
We read models, drawings and documentation for the information the project needs: quantities for LCA and procurement, acceptance checks, and clean, structured IFC and CAD.
AI, automation and custom tools
Small and large tools and automated workflows for the tasks that recur in projects, with AI connected where it helps.
Animation and data visualisation
Renders, images and animations from 3D models, for refurbishment projects, concepts, design and progress.
Project management
Multidisciplinary coordination between client, project management, consultants and contractors, and follow-up of responsibilities and deliveries on quality, cost and time.
BIM management
As BIM manager we take charge of BIM as a whole: requirements from the client, an execution plan for the project, and follow-up of coordinators and deliveries across projects.
