BIM coordination
We follow up the discipline models against the BIM execution plan. That starts with an acceptance check: is a model placed correctly, and is it ready for what it is meant for, whether that is clash detection or quantity take-off for an LCA. We run the analyses and checks in Solibri, IfcOpenShell, SimpleBIM and other tools, and we raise and follow up issues on models and drawings so that responsibility is assigned and problems get solved or closed. We also act as support for every BIM user in the project, across the common software and formats: Revit, Archicad, Tekla, Quadri and, of course, IFC. We have coordinated BIM on several new-build and refurbishment projects. That work keeps design moving, keeps decisions documented and keeps what is drawn buildable, and it reduces risk in the construction process.
