Client-side BIM representative
One of the most overlooked problems in getting real value from BIM is that the party who pays for the building, and who will operate it with its documentation afterwards, often sets no requirements and runs no acceptance checks. We help clients identify what they need, turn it into requirements, and check deliveries against them, so that what was ordered is what arrives. You do not need big ambitions for IoT, automation or a digital twin to benefit from this groundwork. We believe the future value of a building will depend to a large degree on how well it can be digitised, and on the quality of its models and its O&M documentation.
