Day to day we work with multidisciplinary coordination in construction projects, sitting in the interface between the client, the project management, the consultants and the contractors. Over time we have built up solid experience in turning the client's requirements and wishes into specifications and concrete goals that we communicate to the project team. We follow up to make sure the relevant responsibilities are covered and that deliveries land at the right quality, the right price and the right time.
