Ragde Eiendom and Vedal Entreprenør work together on the development, planning and delivery of Sannergata 2. The project covers refurbishment of 20,000 m² of existing buildings, plus up to 4,000 m² of new build, with a mix of offices, retail, and restaurants and cafés. Ragde Eiendom will set up its new head office on the top floor. The project has a clear environmental focus and aims for BREEAM certification at "Very Good" or higher. The architect is Kristin Jarmund Arkitekter.
