Storgata 38, owned by Blå Kors Norge, is being upgraded to a modern standard while keeping its distinctive character. The building offers flexible office floors of about 1,500 m² each, with 70 to 120 workplaces per floor and a fit-out adapted to each tenant. The floors combine open-plan space with social areas, quiet areas and meeting rooms. Available space ranges from 500 to 3,000 m², and move-in is planned for Q3 2025.
