The office building at Grønland 55, known as the NAV building, has a central location on Union Brygge in Drammen. It is to undergo an extensive refurbishment of 11,500 m² in total, with the goal of becoming the most attractive office address in the city. The project is led by Pensjonskassen for helseforetakene i hovedstadsområdet (PKH), and completion is planned for July 2026.
