Polarise is investing in building AI Hub ONE, Norway's most advanced and most energy-efficient AI data centre. It is located at Gardermoen, inside Oslo Airport City, and is due to be ready in spring 2025. The centre uses technology Polarise developed itself to reduce energy use, and its surplus heat goes into Statkraft Varme's district heating network. It is intended to strengthen Europe's digital infrastructure and create local value, without needing state subsidies.
