Karenslyst Allé 24 is a commercial building of 17,000 m², to be fully renovated and developed by Vedal for Sparebank 1 Forsikring Eiendom, together with LINK Arkitektur. The focus is on CO₂ reduction, by reusing materials and components and by keeping the existing load-bearing structure. With new building services, an improved building envelope and digital systems for smart operation, energy use is to be cut significantly. Completion is planned for 2027.
