Hav Eiendom is developing a new building of 28,500 m² on the west side of Bjørvika, with A-Lab as architect. The outline planning application is being prepared. The building will provide up to 1,500 workplaces, plus restaurants and commercial space at street level. The site next to Oslo Central Station is used today for bus parking and is to become a lively public urban space. Hav Eiendom has held this vision since 2013. The building will be completed in 2028.
